AUBREY J. HOLLOWAY

Aubrey J. “Jay” Holloway’s professional life as an attorney, professor, and author is evidence of his passion for the law. Jay has been practicing law in Alabama for over 35 years and has tried over 140 civil cases to verdict. Prior to joining Snable Stevenson & Silva, Jay served as the managing attorney for a national plaintiffs' law firm.


In addition to his extensive trial experience, Jay is a preeminent authority on civil procedure in Alabama. He is the author of LexisNexis' Alabama Civil Practice Forms, Fifth Edition, and served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Cumberland School of Law teaching Alabama Civil Procedure. He is currently working with Maryam Stevenson on a book manuscript for LexisNexis on auto accidents in Alabama.

Jay graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History, and received his J.D. from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and the Alabama Association for Justice, where he served on the Board of Directors.
