DANNY P. LEHANE
Danny Lehane has been representing clients throughout the Southeast since 1994. Danny’s practice is primarily focused in cases involving personal injury, workers’ compensation, and Social Security disability claims. He has handled cases originating in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Alabama. Danny has tried numerous jury trials in many Alabama counties, and handled Social Security disability cases throughout Alabama and the Southeast. Danny routinely lectures on topics such as handling an injury case from interview through trial, preparing a client for deposition, insurance coverages, and the general practice of law.
Prior to obtaining his J.D., Danny attended Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida where he lettered in basketball and was named Freshman Academic All-Conference. He then attended and graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. After graduating from Auburn, he taught at Hoover High School while attending law school. He has continuously engaged in the private practice of law since 1994, his last year of teaching.
Danny has been named a Super Lawyer from 2013 to the present, a Super Lawyer of the Mid South from 2016 to the present, Top Attorney by Birmingham Magazine, and named to the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in the Southeast.
